Bar & Restaurant Attendants - NOW RECRUITING FOR WINTER 2012
Rundells is currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team for the winter season 2012.
The positions will involve working in a fine dining environment in Graze and more casual bar service in the lounge bar. Ideally applicants will have at least 2-3 years hospitality experience, including fine dining experience, have strong wine knowledge and be competent baristas.
The positions will commence in mid/late June until late September, 2012. The role will involve both day and evening work.

Reservation Manager - Commencing April, 2012
Thinking of returning to Dinner Plain/Hotham for the winter season or looking to do your first snow season?
We're looking for a professional, positive, customer-friendly and experienced Reservation Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing room inventories across a number of channels to generate maximum revenue, manage and coordinate group bookings including conferences and weddings, guest check in/outs and accurate management of guest accounts.
Applicants must be experienced in using a computer reservation booking system and be highly organised with attention to detail. Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills are a must.
