CHARMAINE MCKINLEY
Recognised as one
of the best Chefs in the region, Graze @ Rundells is privileged to have Charmaine
on board. Charmaine moved to Dinner Plain from Perth 8 years ago and is now proud to call it
home.
As a Sous Chef at
the Como Hotel in Perth she won an AHA Award and
has since worked at leading restaurants around Australia.
With a passion for
food, flavours, colours and textures creating a diverse yet uncomplicated menu
was Charmaine's inspiration for Graze. The result - a carefully executed mix of
fresh seasonal dishes enhanced by their individual complex flavours and
textures.
