2013 The Age Good Food Guide Review
“”Disperse the last of those urban cobwebs with a swift drive up the Great Alpine Road to this enchanting hideaway with its many comforts – among them fine food and a lively bar with an open fireplace. Dine on Kiewa Valley red peppers with Milawa goat’s cheese, perhaps a whole trout (Harrietville) with sage butter (Myrtleford) before addressing an array of local cheese, all with smart local wines.”

2012 The Age Good Food Guide Review
“Oozing alpine village charm, Graze is a something of a High Country oasis for those seeking to rest and repast in comfort. When snow is on the ground expect hearty offerings like rabbit and leek pie, or salt and pepper roasted duck breast. Summer heralds lighter options, perhaps sumac-dusted calamari or a creamy risotto of parmesan, leek and prawns.”

Graze restaurant offers dining for approximately 60 guests or up to 90 guests for functions. The Loft is available for private dining for up to 12 people.

Graze’s regional degustation menu is a great way to try a variety of local produce. A vegetarian degustation menu is also available. The degustation menus must be booked 24 hours in advance.
