Shelley Hammer is an outstanding Chef well beyond her years. She has a passion for creating beautiful food and using fresh local produce. Originally from Adelaide, Shelley is enjoying living in the alps and using produce from the North East Valleys and Gippsland regions. She is fast developing a loyal following at Graze, delivering an exceptional level of food and interesting array of dishes that just melt in your mouth.
