Troy Murphy
Troy Murphy is a cutting edge chef who loves fine dining and four wheel driving in the high country.

Troy was a finalist at this years International Cooper Skillet Competition and has chefed his way across Australia including Arnhem Land, Margaret River and throughout regional Victoria. Over the years, he has applied his culinary skills in a diverse range of roles including operating his own restaurant, Eat on High in Bendigo, designing menus for the Noodle Box Company, managing a resort in Vanuatu and he was also Executive Chef at the acclaimed Puddler restaurant in Bendigo.
