Graze restaurant offers dining for approximately 60 guests or up to 90 guests for functions. The Loft is available for private dining for up to 12 people.
Regarded as one of the best restaurants on the Great Alpine Road, Graze uses fresh regional produce to create an offering of modern contemporary French cuisine with a touch of Asian inspiration.
Whilst Graze offers a delicious a la carte menu, in keeping with French tradition of a taste experience through many smaller courses, Graze also offers diners a 6 course degustation menu so you can enjoy more on offer. A 6 course vegetarian menu is also available.
