Scenic Chairlift Riding
Please note there are no scenic chairlift rides operating over the Christmas New Year period. Scenic Chairlift rides will commence at the Big D from 17-19 Feburary for Cool Summer Music Festival and at Easter 6-9 April.

Camping
There are plenty of camping grounds in the local area. Try JB Plain, Tawonga Huts and the Old Feathertop Hut site all have camping facilities that are more than adequate.

Touring
The Great Alpine Road epitomises the saying "take the scenic route". The road passes through farmland valleys, along winding rivers, through the eucalypt forests of the Alpine National Park then deep into mountain cattleman country, to the lakes and the ocean beyond.
