All rates shown are per room and include;
- Full breakfast at Graze Rundells (continental and cooked)
- Use of Rundells Alpine Lodge facilities including spa, sauna, swimming pool and wireless internet access
- On site parking
- All linen and towels provided
- Daily servicing of rooms
- Transit luggage storage available
- All rooms are non-smoking and have no cooking facilities
- Children 4 years and under stay free when accompanied by an adult
- Day beds are available for children 5 - 10 years of age for an additional $40 per night
- Cots are free of charge.
Booking Conditions and Deposits
- Deposit of 50% required within 7 days to confirm booking.
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Check in 4pm.
- Check out time 10am. Any incidentials charged to your room must be finalised on departure.
- Mastercard, Visa, Amercian Express and Eftpos accepted. A 3% credit card service charge applies to American Express. Cheques are payable to Rundells.

Security Deposit
Guests booking accommodation are responsible for any loss from or damage to guestrooms. A credit card swipe is required upon check in as a security deposit. In the absence of a credit card, a current Drivers Licence must be provided.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 28 days prior to arrival warrant a full refund less a flat rate booking fee of $50.
Cancellations made less than 28 days prior, will receive no refund unless fully rebooked to another party where by a complete refund will be provided less a flat rate fee of $50. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Snow Guarantee
If there are fewer than 5 lifts operating at Mount Hotham due to a lack of snow 3 days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday, you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company product. All payments shall be refunded excluding any fees or charges imposed by travel agents or wholesalers.
